The standard week schedule is Tuesday – Sunday with the following shifts –
Saturdays: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Sundays: 3pm & 7pm
You would start work 1 hour before the performance time if you are working a general front of house shift and 1 hour 15 minutes before the performance for bar and kiosk shifts. There is a minimum call time of 3.75 hours.
The performance schedule for the Christmas Period is –
Tuesday 18th Dec: 7.30pm
Wednesday 19th Dec: 7.30pm
Thursday 20th Dec: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Friday 21st Dec: 7.30pm
Saturday 22nd Dec: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Sunday 23rd Dec: 3pm & 7pm
No performances on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day
Wednesday 26h Dec: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Thursday 27th Dec: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Friday 28th Dec: 7.30pm
Saturday 29th Dec: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Sunday 30th Dec: 3pm & 7pm
No performances on New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day
Wednesday 2nd January: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Thursday 3rd January: 7.30pm
Friday 4th January: 7.30pm
Saturday 5th January: 2.30pm & 7.30pm
Sunday 6th January: 3pm & 7pm
The schedule then reverts to the standard week.
You must have proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Previous front of house experience is not essential but would be desirable.
