Front of House Staff required
The Criterion Theatre is currently recruiting for Front of House assistants to join our existing, outstanding team for our run of ‘The Comedy About A Bank Robbery’. We are looking for enthusiastic, confident and positive individuals who have a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Our current performance schedule is as follows. This position is for an 8 show per week contract, therefore you must be available to work all shifts as listed below to be considered. The contract will start from the beginning of October 2017 and ‘The Comedy About A Bank Robbery’ is currently booking until April 2018.
Staff rotate around bar and general front of house shifts. Bar shifts start 1.25 hours prior to performance and all other shifts start 1 hour prior to performance.
Tuesdays: 7.30pm show
Wednesdays: 7.30pm show
Thursdays: 7.30pm show
Fridays: 7.30pm show
Saturdays: 2.30pm show & 7.30pm show
Sundays: 3.00pm show 7.00pm show

You must have proven customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Previous front of house experience is not essential but would be desirable. The pay rate is as per the SOLT/BECTU agreement. Shifts on Tuesdays – Saturdays are paid at 3.75 minimum call, shifts on Sundays are paid at 4.5 hours minimum call.
