Peter Clayton
After a 20-year career in finance and communications in London, Hong Kong and South America, Peter set up his own consultancy business in the UK providing brand, communications and marketing advice to clients as diverse as Barclays, Old Vic Productions, Prada and BUPA.
Peter is currently a non-exec director of a number of commercial organizations including Mission Media, Saracen Films, Luti Media and Green Lite Stage (previously Old Vic Productions - who produced Billy Elliot, Jerusalem, Private Lives and many other productions).
In addition, Peter has produced a number of feature films, shorts and plays in the West End and has a number of projects in development.
Peter has been involved in raising over £30m for non-for-profit arts organizations over the last 10 years. Peter was an active member of the Chichester Festival Theatre board for the last eight years and retired from at board in 2015 his areas of specific interests is for youth, education and outreach work. In Jan 2016 Peter joined the Council of The National Youth Theatre in its 60th Year, he is a trustee of The Criterion Theatre, Tonic Theatre and is a patron of The BFF and supporter of Act For Change.
He was previously a trustee of ACE Africa (an HIV Aids education NGO in Kenya), The High Tide Festival and Crusiad.
